The Natural Process Of Ayurveda Can Lead You To Live A Diabetes-free Life:

In ayurveda, diabetes is being treated as a metabolic disorder, where agni (fire) tends to increase the blood sugar level. Before attacking diabetes, ayurveda practitioners classified diabetes into 24 forms, due to it's symptoms and causes. Some medicinal herbs, a perfect diet chart and regular exercises are the essentials of the natural ayurveda treatment for regulating your diabetes. However, you can follow the formulas listed below in order to manage your diabetes.

Herbs:
Shilajit, gudmar turmeric, neem, amlaki, arjuna and guggul are recognized as the essential herbs in the ayurvedic treatment of diabetes.You can have turmeric with aloe vera at the early stage in order to regulate your pancreas and liver functions.

1. Diabetics are being advised to take juice of bitter melon or bitter gourd or two leaves of Bilva and Neem or Rose Apple on empty stomach every morning. Shilajit works miracle in combating with diabetes, if you can take 250 mg of it with the juice of stone apple twice a day. Juice of jambu also plays an import role, if you take at least one ounce of it twice a day.

2. You better mix 500 mg amlaki churna, 500 turmeric powder and 125 mg naag bhasma with honey. Try to consume it twice a day and see the difference.

3. Take the mixture of 1/2 tablespoons of ground bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and 1 table spoon of aloe vera gel twice a day. Make sure you are taking the mixture just before after your lunch and dinner.

4. Try to consume rose apple stones powder as a dose twice a day.

5. Load few 00-sixed capsules with turmeric power. Take 2 capsules thrice a day. Make sure you are having the capsules before meals. You have to follow this programme at least for one month. Then reevaluate your situation.

6. Mix 100 gm fenugreek, 50 gm turmeric powder with white pepper. Drink the mixture with a glass of milk every morning.

7. You must take the decoctions of triphala, fenugreek, arjuna, sandalwood, lodhra, gokshura, guduchim haritaki and chitrak with a little amount of ghee every day.

Exercise:
Exercise plays a major role in the ayurvedic treatment of diabetes. Breathing exercises and yoga are used in this particular process. You don't need to heavy exercises all the time. You just need to do a little exercise and that too in regular basis.

1. Go for a morning walk and an evening walk every day.
2. You can do some yoga in regular basis.
3. Do pranayams every morning.
4. Do some breathing exercises also.

Diet:
1.Exclude the objects like wheat, rice, sugar, potato, sugar cane and sweet fruits that contain sugar from your diet chart. 
2. Eat Orange or Lemon when needed.
3. Consume bitter melon every day in any form you want.
4. Include green vegetables, fish and black gram in your regular diet.
5. Avoid food like butter and ghee that contains fat.
6. Drink copper water every morning. All you need is to put a cup of water into copper vessel at previous the night. 

You can go for some special ayurvedic preparation like vasanta kusumakar ras in order to get rid of the problems of diabetes. You have take two grains of this special preparation with a table spoon of cream of honey. Though bit expensive, it works wonder in treating diabetes.
