Research Reveals Spicy Foods Are Helpful For Longer Life

A new research just released this week focuses on the spicy food that too which can be supportive for your long life. Fiery foods like red chili peppers can burn your tongue but at the same time astonishingly it may give you a kick for longer life.
According to Lu Qi, associate professor of Harvard school of public health they have accumulated enough evidence from most of the researches which shows a huge benefit of spices on human health.

Based on this research there have been many studies followed in China. As per their one study, among 20,224 people who had a regular habit of having spicy food had a 14% lower risk of death than people who had spicy food less than once a week. People consuming spicy foods frequently also have a lower risk of cancer, ischaemic heart and respiratory system diseases.

According to the research program fresh and dried chili peppers were the most common spicy sources. Capsaicin, a bioactive component present in chili peppers is the source of benefits which increases fat burning and also helps in fighting infection and stimulate kidneys, heart and lungs. 
Few risks are also there related to spicy foods which triggers overactive bladders. There are also some of them which have identified by the doctors as irritants of women.

To be more precise, an association has been found between spicy food and death which require more scientific researches. It is not like having a plenty spicy food will make you live longer. But the value of a spicy food also depends on the quantity and how it is cooked ultimately.
